[b:2tn9szgf]Some days ago we were talking about the Tonebone pedals, if they are true bypass or not.
Since someone was 100% sure that they are NOT true bypass, I asked Tonebone directly.
Here's the reply I received from the tech support:
"
The Tonebone is true bypass. True bypass means that when the switch is in
bypass mode the signal travels directly from the input to the output without
going through any circuitry. This is what the Tonebone Bypass switch does.

Y otro responde esto.
I'm not sure how the Tonebones do there true bypass but I measured the input and output cable tip to tip in the bypass mode and read around 3Megohms, doesnt look like True Bypass to me.
My other pedals that I know are True Bypass all measured close to 1 ohm including my Crybaby Classic Wah!
Y entonces porque dicen que si es True bypass? el cacharro no es nada barato ademas, digo se puede modificar pero que mal que lo vendan asi no? por lo pronto mi amigo ya se lo compro y esta feliz con el aunque me dice que mete un poco de ruido muy ligeramente, asi que ahora voy a ver mejor el Carl Martin.
