I have received the order, but the envelope was empty. It was too thin and it was ripped in one of the sides (see picture attached).
Kindly send the order again. I recommend you use a better envelope.
Kind regards,
obviamente, le contesto:Dear xxxxx,
The envelope contained a save second envelope.
If someone rips it off, it is done on purpose.
If you’d chosen the insured shipment this would have been covered.
But you did chose the cheaper basic shipment. So, what now?
There is no problem to resend the parts, but it is not the usual procedure since it is my loss. What do you think about it?
y no me contestan. Pasadas 24 horas les envío otro correo pidiendo respuesta, y finalmente me dicen:Dear Wonderwood,
I have no proof that there was a second envelope inside this one. And if this was the case, the external envelope that I received was designed to send letters, not the send items.
My opinion is that the items were not properly packaged, and therefore is your responsibility to fix the problem.
Kind regards,
Todavía no tengo mi dinero de vuelta, ni los artículos que compré. Pero aquí queda mi experiencia por si le es útil a alguien antes de valorar si comprarles o no.Dear xxxxx,
You’re very fast in assuming responsibility.
We regularly send pleks, nuts and saddles in an envelope and it is very seldom that it comes to damages.
In most cases we are dealing with insurance which you wasn’t willing to pay.
However, in some cases it is not and I don’t make a fuzz about resending, which is a matter of good will.
But I don’t like to be blamed like this and so I will refund you – though actually, I don’t need to.
I don’t want to argue about a few Euros, this doesn’t make me poor and the 1 or 2 Euro I would have earned doesn’t make me rich either.
We are a small shop and no global player. We are happy to assist musicians like us but not at any cost.
Un saludo.
