Qué guit lleva Elvis en la portada de From Elvis in Memphis?

HOla a todos,
Con tanto sabio que anda por aquí a ver si se me puede aclarar esta duda existencial.
En la portada del From Elvis in Memphis

aparece Elvis con una curiosa guitarra, tipo Gibson 335 semiacústica, pero con una paleta Fender.
Siempre pensé que era la Starcaster que sacaron en los '70,

pero según la wiki sólo se fabricó entre 1976 y 1982

pero el disco se grabó en junio de 1969 y no he visto otras portadas, me extrañaría que esta portada fuera una reedición y todas las fotos sean con la foto de la reedición y no de la original.

¿hay alguna otra guitarra que se le parezca? esta tiene hasta el selector de pastillas en el mismo sitio, se le intuyen las dos filas de botones, la paleta de Fender gorda ... o es que años antes le hicieron un prototipo??

Una Hagstrom Viking II


With help from Elvis

Elvis Presley played a red Viking II in 1968 on the Elvis Presley Comeback Television Special for N.B.C.
in the USA. Elvis´ producer Bones Howe saw the guitarist Al Casey play a Viking II in the orchestra and
asked him if Elvis could borrow it for his appearance, which he did. Elvis´ drummer, Hal Blaine said
”I can tell you that Elvis loved that guitar, he felt that it was a lucky charm for his comeback.”
And it was offered for sale a couple of years ago at the minimum price of $50,000. You could see Elvis
with the guitar on the record From ELVIS In Memphis. There is also a video available with Elvis playing
the Viking. Unicord and Hagström used Elvis in some of their ads playing the Viking but Elvis’s managers
advised Hagström / Unicord to stop this.

Otro modelo que desde hace mucho tiempo siempre me tenía la cabeza liada si sí si no, Gibson Vegas (en ambos modelos, High Roller y Standard)
