Unidad de los 80´s, muy difícil de encontrar y por ello muy valorada.
Aquí va un ejemplo de lo bueno que es para armónicos y para el tono...

Esta es la opinión de un amigo músico británico respecto a la unidad:
"yes, i'm still using the TC DPEq very much. I'd still say I could live without all my pedals but would want to keep the MXR DC, EH DMM and the TC DPEq.
I don't know how a video/audio demo could really sell the unit as it's basically "just" an equaliser pedal. the secret and its power are very much in the detail.
It's so versatile with a lot of features and countless application
possibilities. Using it as a simple EQ is almost a waste.
Like any gear, no matter its price tag, the TC can't make a bad sound good but it can make a very great tone even better.
Take my Strat. It sounds awesome (if I say so myself LOL) - plug in the TC DPEq and dial in a good setting and suddenly the tone prior without it sounds dull and you feel you wonder how you could have played without it.
ok, here're some a few of its features it offers:
- 2x high quality studio spec parametric EQs you can freely assign
- high quality buffer to preserve your tone if using long cables
- impressive clean booster that can lift your guitar signal from subtle to radical - with a good valve amp, you can kick the tubes into overdrive (depending on amp wattage, tubes, etc, of course). You can also cut the volume.
- Presence knob to clean up muddy tone or to "add extra sparkle"
The TC DPEq is invaluable especially for enhancing your harmonics. Witha bit of training you can narrow the EQ bands so that they only affect the range of your harmonics - worka little with the Presence knob to get that sparkle and your harmonics will sound as heavenly as they never sounded before - even if you were happy with it before.
Downsides? Not really any. maybe the fact that the pedal doesn'y have an on/off pedal - only a small switch that needs to be changed by hand. But this never proved an issue with me.
The second-hand price tag is high but this is one of the very few units I feel has received a market value worth its *********. Apart from its own rack version, I never came across an EQ (let alone pedal form EQ) so powerful and versatile.
For EQ newsbies the pedal might not make any impression at all. it does take some EQ/studio knowledge in order to get results. Once you figured it out you can dial in radically different tones on the spot.
Absolutely adore this unit. To me it's essential and I have mine ALWAYS switched on. I have found a setting that offers me a slight boost of the midrange and a cleaning up of the higher registers, especially the aforementioned Harmonics."
