Las paulas no se desafinan fácilmente, se desafinan igual que cualquier otra guitarra.
Este es un buen método, como dice Rubén enrollar poca cuerda y bajar el stop bar, no dejarlo muy arriba
para que haya más tensión y la cuerda este menos suelta,

1. Line the up the hole in the tuning peg so that it is pointing at the nut slot.

2. Put the string through the hole with a bit of slack in the string.

3. Bring the end of the string towards the truss rod cover and back under the taught string

. While continuing to pull tight, bend the string back over itself so that the string locks in place when tightened.

5. Turn tuning peg while making sure that the string wraps under itself as shown.

6. Bring the string to pitch.

7. Cut off excess string.
otra forma de hacerlo es similar a esta pero no haciendo el nudito, ya que luego la hora de quitar la cuerda es más complicado, lo que hago es que coloco la cuerda en el poste y la primera vuelta la paso por encima, y el resto por debajo, con lo cual la cuerda de queda en medio de la vuelta superior y de las inferiores.
