Hamer Talladega
Talladega
Designed by Hamer ‘Guru’ Jol Dantzig in collaboration with several of our endorsing artists, the high performance Talladega breaks rules and rewrites the record books on tone. Its 25.5” scale maple neck is hand-carved to a classic "56 V" shape with a nut width of 1.650". The neck, with its quarter-sawn rosewood fingerboard provides articulate highs, and the chambered mahogany body delivers balanced tone. The string-through-body "sustain block" couples directly for maximum sustain and quick response to hand technique. Other features include a hand-carved figured maple top, bound with Italian ivoroid and proprietary Double-D single coil pickups created by Seymour Duncan and Jol Dantzig and built in the Duncan custom shop. A versatile four-way selector switch gives the Talladega an amazing range of voices. Shift effortlessly from Roots and Rock to Country and Blues—the Talladega has the field covered.
