Red me parece un grandísimo disco... El que King Crimson tenga discos más importantes, pues es posible que si, pero es que de esta banda se podría poner casi toda su discografía en esta lista

En cuanto a lo de que "entre los tres discos más nombrados" de The Cure no esté Disintegration, pues la verdad... no se que ranking será ese, pero precisamente este disco es su obra maestra, para muchísima gente. Si alguien se anima también se puede poner el Seventeen seconds, el Pornography, el Wish...

Ah, y añadid el Concerto for Group and orchestra (DP, 1969), que se me habia olvidado y es una pieza pionera del rock sinfónico.

Fijaté tu que ese fue un poco el germen de mi idea... Resulta que el otro día estuve viendo el programa de Joaquín Luqui, el cual es francamente malo, y encima hablaba de "canciones de verano"...

Bueno, me hacía gracia que salían a la vez que mientras estaba "Hotel California" la canción que triunfaba era "Eva María se fué" (no recuerdo si eran esas exactamente, aunque salieron) y me parecía muy gracioso el contraste...

Serán otras canciones ya que esas no se mezclaron, pero hay que admitir que el 50 por ciento de esos discos que se han puesto ni siquiera llegaban a España, así que deberíamos ser más coherentes respecto dónde vivimos... ¿quién cojones escuchaba a Johnny Cash en el año 69 en España? En ese año ganamos Eurovisión con "Vivo cantanto", Miguel Ríos triunfaba con su "Himno de la alegría" y "Je t'aime moi non plus" ponía cachonda a la peña.

Un grupo y disco injustamente olvidados son los N.H.U.(no confundir con ÑU)
El nombre es Una Hermosa Noche al revés
NHU fue un grupo gallego formado por Xuxo Perez, Roberto Abal, Xose Ferreiro, Xulio Ferreiro y Tino Grandio.

Tan solo publicaron un disco en 1978

Novola-Zafiro. Reeditado en el 2000 en CD por RCA

De 1981 es su disco "Larga vida al rock'n'roll" por eso recuerdas ese año

Hata ahora había cierto consenso en que era una lista de discos significativos en el rock a nivel global.

Entiendo que el Kind of Blue y cualqueir otro disco de Jazz similar se pueden admitir porque tienen una influencia evidente sobre toda la música, tb sobre el rock.

En cuanto al rock nacional, Eva María se fue no la ocnoce ni dios allende los pirineos, esa cancioncilla tiene cuatro acordes y no aporta absolutamente nada a la música. Además estamos hablando de discos y no de canciones.

España ha dado cosillas como el "himno de la alegría" de Mike Rivers y el Black is Black de ¿los Bravos?, pero son meros singles que alcazaron el número 1 en USA, como otras docenas de miles de canciones en inglés, francés o italiano, en algún momento desde 1.945.


Habría que hacer otra lista de discos españoles, pero seamos realistas, la música española es una caquita en cuanto a importancia y relevancia a nivel internacional. Los extranjeros sólo han aprovechado algo de la Macarena o el Aserejé. El resto lo han ignorado, con la sola excepción de Paco de Lucía o Andrés sEgovia, pero eso no es rock.

El disco de Barón rojo aparece en una lista japonesa similar a la que estamos elaborando . Recuerda que sacaron una versión en inglés que tuvo cierta difusión.
El disco de los NHU es un disco de culto en la web y los vinilos originales se cotizan bastante
También habría que recordar , en catalunya, a Jordi Sabatñes,la Companyia eléctrica Dharma, Pegassus , Toti Soler y en Euzkadi a Benito Lertxundi
También, es justo recordar, a nivel estatal, el grupo Asfalto y a Cucharada

Y en muchas más. A veces nos resulta dificil valorar la época porque, estabamos inmersos en ella y las voces de la radio eran muy sesgadas(como ahora vamos). Eso si es cierto, de las pachangadas de ese momento nadie conoce nada por ahí fuera . Pero, si sucede que, cosas que a muchos de aquí ni nos suenan son muy valoradas y buscadas por esos mundos.
Por otra parte, la difusión no debe ser el único criterio porque, a nivel de calidad muchos de estos grupos que mencionamos, son homologables a los grupos internacionales.
Una lista que los incluya a todos internacionales y estatales, contribuye a relacionar, realzar, situar en el contexto y valorar más justamente su trabajo en un momento bastante dificil para la edición musical.
Además daremos conocer grupos que han influido en la formación de muchos y que si no, caerán en el olvido. Que nadie se quede con que en este pais lo único que se hacia era el "saca el whisky Chely". Sería tan injusto como decir que la única creacción musical actual es OT.
Por último, algunos de los discos que se mencionan en el apartado internacional tampoco eran tan mayoritarios en su momento y tan solo han sido revalorizados con el tiempo.

Si es solo relacionado con el rock y el pop, esta claro que Gardel y Piazzolla estan de más. No así el resto de grupos que puse.

Cuando se habla de "disco importante" ¿Se refiere a la venta o difusión del mismo, o a la importancia que tuvo en su época? Si se refiere a lo primero, un disco como Los Gatos, que seguramente en España son poco menos que nadie, probablemente no se pueda comparar con el Sargent pepper. Ahora, si consideramos que editaron uno de los primeros albumes de rock cantado en español (si no el primero), lo que significó que la casi totalidad de los grupos de rock argentinos dejaran de cantar en inglés, y posteriormente el fenómeno se difundió por el resto de latinoamerica, creo que es algo importante.

Soda Stereo, a partir de su album debut, fue el primer grupo de rock/pop de difusión masiva en toda latinoamerica. Hubo otros también (miguel Mateos, Los Enanitos Verdes, posteriormente muchos más), pero ellos fueron no solo los primeros, sino los mas importantes hasta hoy en día.

El album de Mano Negra fue todo un hito en lo referente a ese menjunje llamado world music, alterlatino, etc. No en Estados Unidos, pero si en toda América Latina

el que SÍ es de 1976 es el homónimo de RAMONES, que no sólo fue anterior al de los británicos, sino que el disco de los británicos es, en parte deudor a los yankees de parte de su "estilo", como reconocía públicamente por aquellas fechas el mismo John Lydon, cantante de los Pistols.


Anarchy in the UK fue el primer single editado por los Pistols, con fecha 26 de noviembre de 1976.

El segundo single (God Save the Queen) se editó el de Marzo del 77, y el LP "Never Mind The Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols", fue editado el 28 de octubre de 1977.

Los Ramones, y su primer y excelente disco fueron anteriores a los Sex Pistols

Pues el Noches de R,N,R de Burning ( y eso que ya no estaba Antonio), con Barón los dos mejores grupos que nunca hubo por aquí.


El Rock and Rios ya lo citaron, ...marcó a una generación que no había escuchado una guitarra eléctrica en su vida..


El de Serrat con letras de Machado.....no es rock, pero es ARTE .


Fedelo habló de Asfalto, los dos con Oñate son buenísimos.
