Atenuador Koch dummybox studio

Hola a tod@s, me he comprado un atenuador koch dummybox para poder grabar mi fender blues deluxe. Este amplificador normalmente no lo puedo pasar del 3 por que se convierte en una bestia del averno rompe tímpanos.Y quería grabarlo a un volumen en el que trabajasen las válvulas y no me dejase sordo. Bueno la cuestión es la siguiente, como mi nivel de inglés es bastante precario y el manual del cacharro viene en todos los idiomas menos en español . Me preguntaba si hay alguien que me pueda explicar para que sirve una entrada que tiene llamada "THRU OUTPUT". Os mando el texto del manual en donde se habla de dicha entrada:


[7] THRU OUTPUT: This jack is directly linked to the IN jack [8]. It provides the speaker output signal of your amp anddisconnects the 8 Ohms 60W Dummyload.
[8] IN / GUITAR AMP'S SPEAKER OUTPUT: This input jack must be connected to the speaker output jack of your guitaramplifier.
- If NO speaker or speaker cabinet is connected to the THRU [7] jack, this IN jack provides an 8 Ohm 60W dummy load whichreplaces the cabinet/speaker of your amp. Therefore this IN jack must be connected TO THE 8 OHM OUTPUT of your amp. Ifyour amp has a separate impedance selector it must be SET AT 8 OHMS.
- If a cabinet/speaker IS connected to the THRU [7] jack, the 8 Ohm 60W dummy load is automatically diconnected and the cabinet/speaker is connected to your amp. Now the cabinet/speaker loads your amp and the output impedance of your amp MUST BE THE SAME as the impedance of the cabinet/speaker.
For example: if you connect a 16 Ohm cabinet to the THRU [7] jack you must connect this IN jack to the 16 Ohm output ofyour amp.

Es como bypassear el atenuador, por si quisieras conectar otra pantalla a la que no le afecte la atenuación.
