MARSHALL 1974x - vendido

Tengo un Marshall 1974x al que le tengo un cariño inconfesable (con funda, embalaje etc, practicamente estado 10/10). Fue el segundo que vino a España y se lo pillé a SADEPRA. NO hace falta decir que me hicieron la depilación perianal sin pedirlo con el precio (tengo la factura, y era bastante mas caro que su precio actual). El ampli suena realmente bien y encima es una de los objetos mas bellos que puedas tener en el salon de casa.

EL marshall me suena a gloria vendita en casa y para grabar es perfecto. Es cojonudo para bolos en salas pequeñas/medianas y si le pones la pantalla extra se acerca a un bluesbreaker. Es cojonudo para blues, blues rock, rock clásico y si no que se lo digan a gary moore, los ACDC y un largo etcetera. Para algunos es la mejor reedicion que ha hecho marshall nunca.

Precio: 1200 euros (incluye funda Marshall original nueva, nuevo, 1680 euros)

Joer, acabo de echarle un vistazo a la factura (el ticket de compra, que aun conservo) y casi me da un chungo: pagué 1877 leuros por el marshalito!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! y eso que me hicieron un buen descuento. Ahora tienen un precio mas ajustado, no se porque. Igual ahora son mas de garrafon...quien sabe.

The Marshall 1974X 18W 1x12 Combo Amp is a handwired reissue of the model 1974, a combo originally produced from 1965 to 1968. Introduced as a practice combo amp in 1965, it wasn't as loud as the terror-inducing heads Marshall was producing, but it could rock, giving up incredible lead and crunch sounds at low volumes. The 1974X combo comes with 2 EL84 tubes in the power amp, 3 ECC83s in the preamp, an EZ81 rectifier tube, and features valve-driven tremolo. A proprietary, aged reissue of the 20W, ceramic magnet Celestion T1221 speaker used in the original adds to the Marshall 1974X's tonal authenticity. Marshall includes a footswitch with your 1974X Combo Amp.

Resumiendo, tengo el embalaje original, factura, cajas, accesorios (cables, patas extra), catalogos, pedal sin usar y la funda original marshall serie hand wired que no venia con el ampli. ES autentico, Marshall, no es un clon.

Varios interesados. Nada concretado. Todos pidiendo una rebajita. Recuerdo que se ven pocos ya que es un cacharro muy caro y es difícil encontrarlo tan impecable.

Precio a 1200 euros. Ampli, embalaje original, accesorios, funda Marshall serie handwired.

Lo he comparado con otras reediciones al uso (57 deluxe, ac15) y me parece muchísimo mas fiel al original. De mayor calidad de construcción y mejores componentes.

una joya. Tamaño similar al ac15 y deluxe reverb fender. Suficiente chicha para arrancarte las orejas. Precioso crunch a medio volumen. Como un pequeño JTM45. Arrasa al MArshall de 5w. Puedes hacer bolos con él y si lo dejas por casa, le gusta hasta a la parienta.

LT: Marshall historically has implemented a number of circuits and changes for each of its amplifiers through the years such as the Super Lead with the change from shared to split cathode, added filtering, as well as transformer size and positioning on the chassis. How was the decision made to choose a particular or "best" era of a circuit to recreate?

MC: The 18 watt combo and the 20 watt head were copied exactly from totally stock units that are in the Marshall museum. The design team was careful to use similar construction resistors and capacitors as well as transformers that are clones of the originals.

In recreating the 18 watt combo, after first deciding that the 1x12 format was our favorite, we quickly realized that the 20 watt Greenback speaker was an important part of the amp’s unique sound. It is interesting to note that we listened to one of our original 18 watters with six different original 20 watt Greenbacks and the difference between the speakers was quite large. After choosing our favorite, which was not surprisingly in the middle of the pack in terms of response, we compared existing Celestion reissue speakers and none of them could reproduce the smooth overdrive the 18 watter is famous for. The closest was a well broken in G12H30 but it wasn’t close enough so we asked Celestion to reissue the original 20 watt Greenback. After a number of well broken in prototypes, a standard was chosen and Celestion will be making them in the UK exclusively for this amp. The speakers will be aged by “pulping” the cone and slightly degaussing the magnet.

Por cierto, algunas reflexiones:

- Yo no compito con megastores. Me la sudan.

- No rebajo un puto pavo.

- No admito cambios como norma general, prefiero el cash. Hasta la fecha he sido cortés contestando pacientemente (a veces a la misma persona que se ha interesado varias veces por el ampli) ofertas de todo tipo pero a partir de ahora, NO CONTESTARÉ!!! HE dicho que no acepto cambios pero siempre existe alguna excepción: busco un fender princeton reverb, fender vibrolux reverb, una stratocaster tipo vintage hot rod o de la serie american vintage.
